Bulgogi

40 minutes

Ingredients:

500 g beef, thinly sliced (to get it as thin as possible, it is best to do so while the meat is still frozen)

1 carrot, julienned

1 Spring onion, roughly chopped

½ Onion, thinly sliced

½ (Asian) pear, minced

4 minced garlic cloves

1 tsp minced ginger

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp sesame oil

Pepper

½ onion, minced

Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and let it marinade for at least 30 minutes.

Heat up some oil in a pan, and cook the marinated meat and vegetables for a few minutes.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and serve with a side of steaming rice!

Having kimchi as a side dish makes it all a lot better!
