Creamy Salmon and Roasted Paprika 


2 salmon fillet

Salt and pepper


1 tbsp butter

3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1 roasted paprika

100 g spinach 

1-2 dl heavy cream

1 dl grated parmesan cheese

½ tsp chilli flakes

Parsley for garnish


Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Heat up some oil in a pan, and cook the salmon for about 5 minutes on both sides on medium heat. Set aside.

Add butter to the pan and fry the garlic for about a minute. Add the roasted paprika and cook for another 2 minutes. 

Add the spinach, cream, parmesan cheese, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Reduce the heat when the spinach is reduced to half its size, and let it simmer for a few minutes. 

Add the salmon to the pan and let it get warm again. Serve with pasta, and garnish with fresh parsley :)
