Crisp Chocolate Cookies

30 minutes


1 dl powdered sugar

225 g all purpose flour

1 dl cocoa powder

½ tsp vanilla sugar

1 tsp baking soda

100 g butter (room temperature)

250 g sugar

2 large eggs


Put the powdered sugar in a bowl, and set aside.

Wisp butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at the time.

Mix all the dry ingredients then add them to the dough, and stir it so it is barely mixed together.

Form small balls using about one tablespoon at the time, then cover them in powered sugar and add them to a baking tray.

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180°C.

These are perfect winter holiday cookies!
