300-400 g fettuccine pasta
1,2 dl cream
60 g butter
1,8 dl parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
Cook the pasta as instructed on the package. In the meantime, heat the butter and cream in a pan on low heat while stirring constantly. When all the butter has melted, add the parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
When the pasta is done, drain the water and pour the cheese sauce over the pasta. Mix well, and garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan cheese.
