Ingredients (for 3-4 small pizzas):
25 g dry yeast
3 dl water
0,5 dl olive oil
400 g flour
1 tsp salt
Stir the yeast in lukewarm water in a large bowl. Add the oil, flour and salt and knead the dough until it has a good consistency. Cover with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest in a warm place until it has doubled in size (1-2 hours).
Remove the dough to a flour-dusted surface and divide it into 3-4 pieces. Roll them into round balls and let them rest for another 20 minutes under the kitchen towel.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees celsius.
Now you are ready to roll the dough out to thin pizzas. Add the topping you like and cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
