300-400 g of your favorite noodles
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp chili oil
4 tbsp canola oil
Spring Onion and sesame seeds for garnish
Cook the noodles as instructed on the package. In the meantime, combine all the ingredients except the spring onion and sesame seeds. Mix the sauce with the cooked noodles, and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
This is a simple noodle dish that is super easy and super good. You can of course add more vegetables or meat to it!
