Spinach and Feta Pasta

20-30 minutes


Oil for cooking

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 can of crushed tomatoes

100-200 g spinach 

100 g feta cheese, cut into cubes

100 g of other grated cheese (preferably cheddar and mozzarella)

200 g pasta (we used our homemade pasta)

230 ml of vegetable bullion

230 ml milk

½ tbsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish


Heat some oil in a casserole and saute the onion with some salt for 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. 

Add all the other ingredients except the parsley. Bring to a boil while stirring. Add a lid and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent the bottom from burning. 

Season with salt and pepper and some fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
