Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:

5 tbsp finely chopped pickles

2 tsp finely chopped parsley

1 tsp lemon juice

1 dl sour cream (we have also used Greek yogurt or creme fraiche for a healthier option)

1 tsp mustard

3 tbsp mayo

Directions

Mix it all in together and serve it as a dipping sauce for fish and chips!
